HEALTHCARE

VACCINATION CERTIFICATES MUST BE SHOWN ON THE DAY OF ENTRY. ALL DOGS AND CATS MUST BE FULLY VACCINATED AT LEAST 14 DAYS PRIOR TO BOARDING.

DOGS MUST BE FULLY VACCINATED AGAINST: DISTEMPER, HEPATITIS, PARVO VIRUS, PARA - INFLUENZA (DHPPI), LEPTOSPAROSIS & KENNEL COUGH.

CATS MUST BE FULLY VACCINATED AGAINST FELINE PANLEUCOPENIA VIRUS (FPV), FELINE HERPES VIRUS (FHV), AND FELINE CALICIVIRUS (FCV)

We reserve the right to refuse a dog/cat if they are not fully vaccinated or come in with live fleas.

Please ensure your dogs and cats are wormed and are flea treated regularly. (We recommend Drontal Plus which covers Round and Tapeworms and Advocate Spot On Flea Solution).

All fees are exclusive of veterinary costs. (If required)

CANCELLATIONS
 
The management team reserve the right to charge part/full payment for bookings cancelled at short notice, 30 days notice is required.
We will always apply fairness and discretion on these occasions.
 
Should you choose to collect your dog/cat earlier than booked, you WILL be liable for the full cost of the original booking.
PAYMENTS, DISCOUNTS & SURCHARGES
 
Payment is by cash or cheque only.
 
A deposit may be required.
 
Family Dogs sharing a kennel will be subject to a discount of 25% off the second Dog.
 
If on day of collection you pick up your dog(s) before 9.30am, you will only be charged up to the day before - however this MUST be arranged at the time of the booking. 
This arrangement applies to dogs only.
 
A surcharge will be applied on top of your total bill for the following days:
For Dogs
Christmas Day & Boxing Day Combined - £30
New Years Day - £15
For Cats
Christmas Day & Boxing Day Combined - £10
New Years Day - £5
 
Pets are accepted at owners risk.
 
Own bedding & toys are left at owners risk.

To comply with the current legislation on data protection we must tell you what personal data we hold about you, why we hold it and have your permission to retain it. We store data about clients to ensure we can contact them by mail, telephone or email:

  • In an emergency

  • About booking reminders

  • To notify you about changes to our services

Any data we hold will not be provided to any other person or business except as required by law.

  • You may request to see all the personal data we hold on you. (Allow up to 30 days)

  • We only keep your details for the reasons outlined above.

  • You can request at any time for your details to be removed from our files.

For a smooth and efficient running of Linden Boarding Kennels & Cattery we need to keep a record of:

  • Your name

  • Your address

  • Your contact numbers (mobile & landline)

  • Your email address

  • Contact details of another responsible person in case of emergency

  • The details of your pet/s

  • The name and telephone of your veterinary practice.
